Synthesis and evaluation of some pyrazoline derivatives as anticancer agents

Abstract

Pyrazolines are one of the heterocyclic compounds with very important biological activities. Pyrazoline carbaldehydes were synthesized using chalcones and hydrazine hydratein presence of formic acid. The structures of the synthesized compounds have been established on the basis of their spectral data. The synthesized selected compounds were evaluated for their anti-cancer activity.
