Synthesis and characterization of some new substitutedmalonic ester derivativescontainingthiazolidone

Abstract

Some new compounds were prepared containing cycle thiazolidene from schiff bases which prepared from malonic ester with hydrazine in presence of ETOH. Then schiff bases reacted with 2-mercapto acetic acid to give thiazolidene. The prepared compounds identified by FT-IR spectroscopy, physical properties including melting point, boiling point and some of them were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR.
