Synthesis and Characterization of Pyrazoline Derivatives under Three Different Catalytic Conditions

Abstract

A series of biologically active pyrazoline derivatives have been synthesized from the chalcones derived from 5-chloro2-acetyl-thiophene and substituted benzaldehydes under three different catalytic conditions. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HOMOCOSY HMBC spectral studies, LCMS and CHN analysis
