Abstract
Transport properties such as hydrodynamic flow (JV )Δᶲ=0, electro-osmotic flow ( JV ) ΔP=0, permeability coefficient (LP) and frictional coefficient (Fwm) were studied for aqueous solution of acetonitrile across Nylon TM Bio-bond membrane. The data revealed that hydrodynamic flow (JV )Δᶲ=0, electro-osmotic flow ( JV ) ΔP =0 and permeability coefficient (LP) decreases with increase in concentration but increases with increase in pressure difference and electrical potential difference across the membrane, whereas the values of frictional coefficient (Fwm) shows opposite trend.
