Abstract
A simple, rapid, accurate and precise stability indicating RP-HPLC method has been developed for the simultaneous estimation of Ornidazole and Diloxanide furoate in bulk & tablet dosage form The method was developed by using Hypersil ODS Column The samples were analyzed by using Mixed Phosphate Buffer (pH adjusted to 4.5 using Acetonitrile : Methanol as a mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min in isocratic mode and 280 nm as detection wavelength.
