Review on Synthesis of N-glucosylamine Derivatives and Their Biological Activity

Abstract

The chemistry of glucosylamine derivatives has gotten among the synthetic compounds noticeable consideration as of late inferable from its significance in the pharmaceutical field. Glucosylamines carrying (R)-homoallylamines, benzoimidazole, phenanthrolineringshavebeenrepresente to display a wide range of pharmacological activities, which incorporates antibacterial, antimicrobial, antioxidant, anti-HIV and anticancer activity. These observations have been guiding for the synthesis of different derivatives of these glucosylamine derivatives enclosing biologically active nuclei and concentrate their pharmacological activities.
