Abstract
Resilient Seagrass in the Realm of Climate Change Though Seagrasses had been confronted with adverse conditions brought by climate change and resulted to its drastic decline all over the world; some of its attributes showed resiliency. When Tacloban City, Philippines was devastated by Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan), a year after; Seagrass emerged even without restoration. This resiliency was also observed in an array of literatures when sea-level rises, even as carbon dioxide and temperature increase. Though confronted with challenges both natural and man-made, and recovery seemed to be rare, Seagrasses had developed a range of tolerance among the ill effects of a changing climate.
