Research on labor relations based on the theory of conflict management

Abstract

The labor relations are the employment relationship in the organization of employment. China's public enterprises and non-public enterprises are faced with the labor relations problems. The basic idea of conflict management theory is to prevent, alleviate and reconcile labor conflicts, labor relations characteristics of employers and employees to reconcile it possible, therefore, in view of the positive and negative function of labor conflicts, to resolve labor relations problems facing enterprises in China, the government enterprises and trade unions must work together.
