Abstract
In order to improve the regulation and supervision performance of online drug transactions in China, we propose some methods for enhancing the regulation and supervision in this work. For the development of the online drug transaction, we analyze the situation in China, as well as comparing with the regulation and supervision modes between China and foreign countries. The online drug transactions market in China is developing rapidly, meanwhile the illegal problems are gettingserious. Inspired by the experience from foreign countries, we should speed up to formulate legislations for online drug transactions. Electronic supervision technology should be utilized to ensure drug quality. The industry association and the consumer in the role of social supervision is also very important.
