Abstract
LC-MS Single ion monitoring (SIM) method has been evaluated for the determination of genotoxic impurities (Methylbenzene sulphonate, Ethylbenzene sulphonate and Isopropylbenzene sulphonate) in Amlodipine drug substance. These are the potential genotoxic impurities were quantified at lower levels by using LC-MS
