Abstract

The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is that the section of the hospital that gives sick children with the very best level of medical care for children. It differs from other sections of the hospital, just like the general medical floors, therein the PICU allows intensive medical care and continuous monitoring of medication, treatment and attention of patients like pulse, breathing, blood pressure and vital sign.
