Abstract
A simple, efficient and green method has been developed for the synthesis of α-aminophosphonic acid esters in solvent-free under microwave irradiation with high yields. The newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, NMR (1H, 13C and 31P), Mass and C, H, N analysis. They exhibited moderate to high anti-microbial activity.
