Abstract

A systematic review on the subject of Happiness At Work (HAW) was conducted through hundreds of articles, papers, revues and books, in paralelle with a LinkedIn Based research soliciting hundreds of leaders’ perspective from the four corners of the world based on the following question:  “How would you define the Happiness At Work, based on your personal and professional experience and interactions with others?” Results: Amazing findings on converging and diverging views of HAW from the practical and scientific fields which will open a large door of researches first to classify these finding then to discover how to develop the right process to create, maintain and enhance the HAW.
