Abstract

Based on employee’s exit-voice-loyalty-neglect behavior model(EVLN model), this study was carried out in eight Chinese transnational corporations in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Data were gathered from 233 oersea employees in the corporations. Results revealed that psychological contract breach does not significantly predict exit behavior; both transactional contract breach and developmental contract breach have a negative influence on loyalty behavior significantly; relational contract breach has an negative impact, transactional contract breach has an positive impact on voice and loyalty behavior respectively. Differences from other studies before were presented and discussed in the end of this paper.
