Abstract
This paper attempts to develop an extended conceptual framework of house buyers’ satisfaction in Malaysia. This study employs the Expectancy Disconfirmation Paradigm Theory (EDP), the Purchase Buying Behavior Model and the Gap Analysis Model. Essentially, the extended conceptual framework is proposed and a proper direction for further study is also provided.
