Abstract
The deficiency of the artificial diet to supply growing of cephalopods is the main factor in the commercial cephalopod culture. It is required that the special metabolism of these species should be well known for manufacturing of the diet successively. Although, feeding trials with shrimp, squid, crab, mussel, and fish are positive effects on the growth, it is not economical for common feed due to expensive. Additionally, in spite of fact that it is not possible to obtain these feeds in due time and amount, the production of pellet and/or artificial food is obligatory points for culture of cephalopods. Studies focused on preparation of optimal composition of ar-tificial feed for obtaining optimal growing of cephalopods have been progressing during the re-cent years.
