Abstract
Base on the various functions of archives to explai n open service mode of foreign university archives. Learn experiences from archives of the United States and Britain, and summarize and analysis 5 foreign unive rsities that publish archives open service. Then combine specifi c problems that open services of Chinese universiti es are currently facing and seek for possible solution.
