Abstract

Pado made by the author that when made deliberately inoculated or not inoculated with Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Bacillus cereus do not contain all three of these microbes when it is finished and ready to be consumed. Pado purchased on the market (Bukittinggi, Maninjau and Lubuk cone) also does not contain such microbes. All Pado (self-made and purchased in the market) does not contain Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
