The extent of protection against immunosuppression was evaluated after 14 days of respective drug administration. The aqueous extract of fruits of Solanum xanthocarpum showed pronounced immunoprotective activity by increasing the %Hb, RBC, total WBC count and % neutophils at a dose of 100mg/kg body weight.
