Abstract

In this study, from January to December 2007 was carried in the Trabzon coast. Bottom trawl videotaping were 0 - 20m, 21 - 40m and 41 - 60m deep layers, made monthly and 30-minutes. During the sampling period, 28 species belonging to the family total of 25 fish (cartilaginous 3), 2 belong to the family and 3 family of 2 species of arthropods belonging to 3 species of mollusk the organism a total of 33 species have been identified. In the all species compositions, Merlangius merlangus with 47.12% was the first, Raja clavata with 32.11% was the second and Mullus barbatus was ranked third with 7.45%. M. merlangus, M. barbatus, Psetta maxima, and P. flesus of the average fish density 4339 ±2491 kg-km-2 was found to be. According to the station, the average fish density of 1703 ±256 kg-km-2, 3058 ± 621 kg-km-2 and 8255 ±1813 was calculated as kg-km-2 (P
