Abstract

Presently there is a developing interest towards new antibiotics from last decades due to exposure of newer pathogenic bacterial strains with better resistance to powerful antibiotics of last resort. This has caused reduce in research for developing newer antibacterial agents. The study of heterocyclic analogs of diaminopimelic acid as describing antibacterial agents’ because of enzyme targeted inhibition of lysine biosynthesis.
