Abstract
A new, simple, and highly sensitive method was proposed for measuring 10 elements (Na, K, Mg, Ca, Al, Mn, Fe, Co, Cr, and P)in the leaves and stems of Suaeda vera in three different regions of South of Iran by Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP OES)after microwave-assisted acid digestion. Limit of detection (LOD) was below 6 mg kg-1, relative standard deviations were below 8%.
