Abstract
Complexes of 4, 6-dinitrobenzothiazole-2-amine acetate with Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) metal ions were synthesized from ethanol solutions. The complexes have been characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurement. The characterizations reveled that, the copper complex which is formed, obtained square planner geometry. However, other metal complexes were obtained tetrahedral geometry.
