Abstract

Gall bladder perforation (GBP) following typhoid fever is a very rare and usually fatal surgical complication of typhoid fever. The present case report is of typhoid perforation of the gall bladder in a young female, successfully treated by cholecystectomy and appropriate antimicrobial therapy.Â
