Arise from the aim; the data source was from the secondary sources i.e. from Nigeria Meteorological Agency and the Erinle water dam. The sources are the official climate data provider in Nigeria and water supply provider in Osogbo, Osun State. Regression analysis was used to determine the relationships between the climatic elements and water supply at the end, it was discovered that there is a very weak relationship between the climatic element and water supply in Osogbo, Osun State. However, the study suggests that there is the need for urgent measures because of the ever increasing urban population and the pressure on the land uses as a result of socio-economic activities in the area.
