Abstract
A series of 2-(5-aryl-1, 3, 4-oxadiazol-2-yl thio) propanoic acids were studied for their in vitro antifungal activity against Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus flavus using clotrimazole as the standard drug. Their minimum inhibitory concentration was also determined. All the title compounds showed antifungal activity against the selected fungal strains.
